Our program is a hybrid art developed from several styles. Our foundation, our tradition, and our base comes from International Tae Kwon Do Forms that we use for each rank requirement, as well as tae-kwon do one-steps. Our kempo self defense techniques bridge the gap into real world applications and use more hand techniques in close quarter combat. We apply Jeet Kune Do techniques and stances as well. Then, in the case we wind up on the ground we use a combination of Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, and Grappling techniques.
The goal is to create a well rounded art, for well rounded martial artists.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Our MMA Program brings Mixed Martial Arts to the masses. Whether a complete beginner, or an advanced practitioner, we have a program that fits you. MMA does not have to be the brutal and often bloody battle in the octagon we see on TV. Our Children's MMA program brings techniques from Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, and Grappling together in a SAFE and FUN environment. Students can progress through the ranks and earn an MMA Black Belt.
MMA is also incorporated into our adult karate program enabling students to pursue MMA at any level they wish. We have a number of Instructors, Students, and Guest Advisers that have the knowledge and experience to help in any level of participation, from rolling around in class, to grappling tournaments, to the amateur and professional levels as well.

Weaponry
Now introducing an entirely new program! Weapons are no longer reserved for high ranks and one day seminars anymore! Here at CMB Karate we are offering a Weapons only class twice a week. This is open to students with all levels of experience. Students will learn first with foam weapons and progress through the ranks until eventually they can earn a Weapons Black Belt. Check the schedule for class times!
Self Defense
Women's Self Defense - is a great way to learn the necessary techniques to defend yourself and your family in today's ever changing world. Students will also be able to get their aggression out on the punching bags and review the techniques taught in class.
Self Defense Seminars- are offered to all female or co-ed groups looking to get an edge and learn self defense techniques. Please Call or email for additional information.
Stranger Danger Seminars- Master Brooks has and will come to schools and do "stranger danger" seminars. You can also contact us for you child's group or troop to come to the school for a "stranger danger" Class.
