What that means is, your requirements will get harder and harder as you move higher and higher in rank.  If you think it will get easier, your wrong.  In fact often it gets harder.  What helps is YOU are getting better, day by day, every time you practice.  So keep practicing, train hard, and try your best.  The martial arts is a journey, and you never stop learning, not even at my rank.  Thanks again Mrs. Anand!

You may notice our new WHO ARE WE, CMB Flyer up front.  I have been meaning to make these forever now.  If anyone wants information on our programs now they can just grab a flyer in addition to the normal schedule.
You may also see our 
First Aid/CPR/AED/Epipen/Allergy Certifications.  Mrs. Cathy and I are of course certified but haven't put the framed copies up front.  Truth is, we had the copies made and ready to go, and then hurricane sandy hit, and everything that was in the office, including those Certs got destroyed.  So it may seem like a small thing, but it is a big deal for us to finally get those up front like we've wanted to for months.

Christine tested tonight for her Brown Belt.
Shen received his Yellow Belt and will be moving from the Pee-Wees class to the Big Kids Class!  Awesome Job.
