Congrats to Dave and Mrs. Cathy!!

Dave tested for and passed his yellow belt test. Well done, remember this is the first small step in a long journey, congrats.

I'm also very proud of Mrs. Cathy who earned her brown belt last night. 2 hard fought sparring round and 2 excellent grappling rounds couldn't stop her!

Nat Never Gives Up!

Congratulations to Nathaniel S. on being named the student of the month for the month of June 2013!!!

Despite only training one day a week, Nathaniel shows amazing determination, consistently volunteering to spar and grapple the older and higher rank students on Saturday afternoons.

Nathaniel shows something we look for in all our karate students. HEART. We are very proud of Nathaniel and we know he will continue to strive to be his best!
